Relay Audio Ltd. Refund Policy

All of our digital products are subject to refunds on an individual basis. By completing a purchase you agree that the issue of a refund will be made at the discretion of the Relay Audio staff and all decisions are final.

Once a purchase has been completed you will be able to download your digital product within 30 days. If you have any problems with downloading the product you can email us for support. Upon a successful download, you are unable to request a refund if you change your mind. Please make sure you read the product description carefully and understand the necessary software or hardware requirements before securing your order.

If the product is faulty or not as described please email us at info@relayaudio.com and we will review your claim. If we believe the product is defective then you could be entitled to a refund via store credit. Eligibility for a refund is within 14 days from your purchase date.

We do not offer refunds for any other reason including change of mind, insufficient knowledge to use the product, incorrect purchases or if you don’t have the necessary applications to use the product i.e you don’t own the right software synth for a specific preset pack.
